To regulate the menstrual cycle in young women

Crush 1 spoon of fennel seeds /somph and boil in 1 glass water till the volume is reduced.Filter and add 1 table spoon of old jaggery.Drink this tea on an empty stomach.Dont eat or drink anything for an hour.This regularises the menstrual cycle .This is to be done twice a day for good results.

Tulsi tea for fever

Crush 10 Tulsi leaves,10 peppercorns,and a 2 gm ginger piece.Boil them in 2 glasses of water till the volume reduces to half.Filter and add rock candy sugar/mishri.Drink when slightly hot.Drink this tea 2-3 times a day depending on the intensity of the fever.

Tender neem leaves for white marks

Grind tender neem leaves with buttermilk/diluted curd .Apply this paste on white marks/spots on the skin.The spots disappear slowly with time.

An aid for better digestion

Mix 1 tablespoon of fresh juice of mint leaves/Pudina in 1 glass of water and 1 spoon of honey.Drink it early in the morning.This relieves gas and aids in digestion.

For eliminating gas problems

Chew 3 pinches of ajwain/thymol seeds/vaamu/omam with the same amount of black salt and drink warm water.Belching and gas problem is solved.

A routine for detoxifying the kidneys and preventing all types of urinary problems

Wash and peel a small white daikon radish/mullangi/mooli and grate it to squeeze out a small cup of juice.Add 1 spoon honey and drink this juice 2 hrs before dinner.When this is done regularly for 15 days you will be free from any kind of urinary problems for a year.

A very simple tip for Constipation problem

Mix and beat 1 tablespoon of ghee in 1 glass of hot water.Wait till the water becomes lukewarm and drink it.This works well for emptying the bowels the next day.
