An apple a day.....

Wash and soak the the apple in warm water for a few minutes and scratch away the wax on the skin.
Eat an apple a day for atleast 10 days with the skin to prevent insomnia,to increase the memory power,and prevent cough and fevers.Take time to chew the apple well.
